Weekly Rudiments

Here’s a fun exercise! Bars 1, 2 & 3 have linear grooves which can also be used as fills. Bars 4 & 5 have hand to foot coordination fills. Bars 6 & 7 have a groove followed by a fill bar, which you can practise putting together with any of the previous bars or make something up yourself!
